We usually think that the word addiction is exclusive to drug users, and that this concept is irrelevant to us. The concept of addiction is defined by the fact of being physically and psychologically craving a substance or a habit. We all struggle against activities that don't produce real happiness just in some pleasure.


An efficient way to know what you're addicted to is to stop something for a week. For example, if you think you addicted to TV try stop watching TV shows and movies for a whole week, after that you experience craving that means you are addicted to TV.

Your family and friends can help you build a solid structure where you can talk about how to improve they will support you in this difficult path, on the other hand stay away from toxic people who only want you for their interest.

If you replace your addiction to a good habit you can beat any addiction in few days.

According to psychology, if you want to develop any kind of habit or get rid of any habit, practice this method for 21 days continuously. To overcome addiction, stop that for 21 days and you will get positive result. Anyone can overcome their addiction but you have to fix the problem from inside.

4. Observe yourself from third-person perspective.


Try to observe yourself from outside, be third-person while observing yourself.
